This is the exact same nipple shield that Janet Wore during the Super Bowl Half Time Show.

Inner Diameter Hole is Approx 14mm which allows a perfect fit for a 5/8" barbell with 5mm balls or if you don't want as snug a fit try a 3/4" barbell.
