Plug holes are 25mm roughly, So a 24mm size plug fits nice.

Trick to get them stay is to use a little bit of sticky stuff/tacky. Insert on bottom of plug and insert plug into hole/press down on plug and your set.

Head is removeable, you can tie a string on these and hang from the wall or if you want the Head to be permanent on the stand you can use some wood glue to glue the base to the head.
