This ring is flat and total tickness is only 1.96mm. Overall Width is 28.5mm

This is ideally used for a 14g or 12g, piercing because the tip of the tail ranges from 1.6mm-2.0mm.

You can wear this if you have bigger holes, thickness of the tail goes up to 5.5mm right before the inside foot. Wear this inside plugs.
